COMPLETTION OF NEIGHBORHOOD WALKWAYS JUNE-JULY 2024
As the five new homes are almost complete, the Board will begin finishing the walkways out in the neighborhood.
Tree replanting on Covell May 2024
Currently the Architectural Committee is working with the Board to replant seven trees along Covell. There are two trees at the archways that will be removed and replaced with trees to go along with the current plantings. Two six foot boxwoods will be planted in front of the archway on the west side to match the east side. We hope to have the work done sometime in May 2024.

The Board has contacted some Homeowners regarding the level of Maintenance of there front yards. Hopefully we will have a resolution soon.
